Allen also recognizes that bad
habits are developed over time, and
are often hard to break once a person
becomes an adult. That’s why it’s so
important to help guide the young
people of today.
A healthier, brighter next genera-

“I keep getting drawn that direc-
tion, because a lot of the inner
strength comes when you’re young,”
she said. “If you don’t learn it, you
can’t do it. If one or two kids have a
positive attitude mentally and physi-
cally, then they are going to spread
that everywhere. It’s so addictive, and
I just want it to spread everywhere.
I just want to influence kids to think
really good things about themselves.
If those kids can possibly influence
other kids, that’s the way we can
change the landscape of this area.”
“THEY START HEARING
LANGUAGE THAT TELLS
THEM THEY CAN HAVE
DIFFERENT QUALITIES, AND
THEY CAN USE THEIR INNER
STRENGTHS. AS LONG AS
THEY KEEP PRACTICING AT
WHATEVER IT IS THEY DO,
THEN THEY WON’T FAIL.”
