WHERE ARE
THEY NOW?
A 20 UNDER 40 RETROSPECTIVE
By John Boyle
It isn’t hard to find individuals who are
striving to make Southern Indiana a better
place to live, work and enjoy.
Throughout the Hoosier state, young
people are stepping up to improve them-
selves, thus enhancing their communities
as a whole along the way. This has been
accomplished through avenues like launching and grow-
ing independent businesses, going into public service or
volunteering time or money for philanthropic initiatives.
No one route is superior to the others in its effects on
the quality of life in Indiana. Each year, more and more
individuals are setting goals and doing what it takes to
accomplish them.
Since 2012, Southern Indiana Business Magazine has
had the pleasure of recognizing an exceptional few with
its annual 20 Under 40 list, which highlights 20 emerg-
ing professionals who are making a difference in their
communities.
In this edition, we wanted to check-in with several
past 20 Under 40 alumni. Some are devoting their ener-
gies to new endeavors, while others have found longev-
ity at the very thing for which they were first recognized.
Regardless of where they are now, each person is
still working hard to constantly improve their corner of
Indiana.
