How many wines do you have ? Around 20 . I wanted more , but Jules quickly put a stop to that and I ’ m glad , too , because there is so much work that goes into caring for the wines . We have six fruit wines , three muscadine wines , and , with our traditional wines , there are three whites and three reds . There is a blush wine , too , and there are also a couple of dessert wines .
What is your favorite thing about winemaking ? The possible creation of a masterpiece , and the fruits that go into the fermentation tanks . To take beautiful and exquisite locally grown fruits and turn them into something to preserve for another moment in time is exciting . Alabama deserves to have a winery growing grapes that are grown all over the world .
Anything else you would like to add ? So much ... but because our winery is such an emotional endeavor , time will tell the rest .
