Hey Y’all! Summer is winding down, well, according to the calendar it is. We all know that here in the Deep South we may very well have a hot Christmas. We did have a few fun things about summer that we wanted to share with you so we put together this small, late summer issue. We hope you enjoy it and hope it tides you over while you anticipate the arrival of our second print issue in the fall! We are SO excited about the fall issue. It will be full of beautiful and creative ideas from amazing folks! But, in the meantime, flip thru this summer issue and be inspired to create, to travel, to can, to garden and to just have a little fun in the sun. I also want to thank each of you for your support. You are all truly amazing cheerleaders for us to continue to work really hard and give 1000% to bring you a fabulously southern magazine. Yes, we are learning as we go and this is quite a huge undertaking for just a few of us to handle, so we also thank you for your patience. We promise we won’t disappoint! Each issue will only get better. Now, go visit your farmer’s market for some fresh veggies to put up, take a last minute trip to the beach or a water park before school starts back, and maybe catch a few lightning bugs.
