While Guinness , an Irish stout style beer , or an Irish Whiskey , like Jameson , are always popular choices , why not mix things up this year with a few creative , delicious , and vibrant cocktails ? These St . Patrick ' s day inspired drinks are sure to bring a little luck to your festivities !
One favorite is a bright and city cocktail called the Drunk Leprechaun . This cocktail combines vodka with a fruity blend of orange juice and blue curaçao which creates a vibrant green color perfect for the holiday .
Next , we have a refreshing cocktail that blends the smoothness of Jameson with the tart of a sour granny smith apple .
Irish Sour Apple
In a mixing tin of ice 1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey 1 ½ ounce of sour apple liqueur Shake well and stain into a short glass of ice Top with elderflower infused tonic water
Drunk Leprechaun
In a mixing tin of ice 1 ¾ ounce Vodka of choice 3 ½ ounces of orange juice 1 ounce of blue caraçao Shake well and strain into a tall glass of ice
Jameson Orange Mule
To a copper mug of ice 1 ½ ounce Jameson Orange Irish Whiskey Top with ginger beer Dash of bitters
