" We have lots of families come in. That ' s why we have it set up the way we do with the dining room completely separate from the bar side, so we ' re very family friendly," she said. " Up until 10 p. m. we allow all ages in. After 10 p. m. no minors are allowed. That way it separates family diners from the people who come in to drink and hear the music."
McAuliffe said she tapped into her rich family heritage when it came time to make the menu for the kitchen.
" Our food is authentic Irish," said McAuliffe. " The corn beef and

cabbage, The Irish American, is my mom ' s recipe. She makes it for my birthday, my dad ' s birthday and certain holidays, so of course it ' s her recipe that we use. And I grew up on Irish stew, fish and chips and lamb Shepherd ' s pie."
There are also " regular American food favorites too if Irish isn ' t your style," she added: That includes burgers, wings, patty melts, chicken strips and chicken sandwiches.
" We hand batter our chicken and fish so it ' s fresh, never frozen. That ' s why, hands down, our number one customer favorite by far is fish and chips," said McAuliffe. " Number two is the Shepherd ' s pie, followed by our Guinness beef stew," she added.
