Place strawberries and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth Strain the puree and discard the seeds Refrigerate puree 30 minutes or overnight Add 1 - 2 ounces of puree to a champagne flute Top with champagne , prosecco , or another sparkling wine and garnish with a full strawberry
