With the Tipsy Toad having become one of downtown Somerset ' s popular night spots , it ' s a great place to take a date on Valentine ' s Day as well . In the past , the Tipsy Toad has offered chocolatecovered strawberries and martinis for a couple ' s night — and there are also considerations for those who aren ' t part of a pair .
