Elizabeth ( Stipp ) Techel born and raised in Ottumwa along with three siblings and a graduate of OHS . Starting in 2003 working for The Ottumwa Courier in the circulation department to now being the regional sales manager for the Courier and Oskaloosa Herald . Liz loves spending time with her family especially cheering her daughter on who bowls for the William Penn college bowling team .
