Home Buyers Rebate - 1% Buyers Rebate

How does your rebate program work and how much will my rebate be?
On all properties over $300,000, we will credit 33% of our commission back to
you the buyer, up to 1% of the sales price. For example, if you were purchasing
a $500,000 home with a 3% commission paid to the buyer's firm, you would
receive a rebate of $5000. Buyers of a million dollar home under the same
parameters would receive a $10,000 rebate. There is no dollar cap on the rebate
amount. Real estate priced below $300,000 is ineligible for the program.
