The picturesque valley is between Findon & Angmering nestled in the heart of West Sussex Countryside. The stunning views and surrounding landscape make it a perfect location for all types of events. Long Furlong Barn was built in 1880 in what is described by English Heritage… “This barn is notable for the very rare use of laminated roof timbers in an agricultural building. It is a fine example of a few across the country. The barn is built in the tradition of a Medieval Tithe Barn” and is now Grade 2 Listed and part of English Heritage. The barn is now owned by the 4th generation of the Jenkin Family who have farmed in the Sussex area since 1912, and at Long Furlong Farm. The barn was used as an Army Training Camp for British Soldiers between 1933 -1935 and features heavily in local and national history books.
