In an age of celebrity chefs, online fashionistas
and vloggers it’s hard to know what’s going on
behind the surface of the latest selfie. Pop-Up
Restaurants, Bars and Bijou Antique Clothes
Stores are the goal of every town’s dream of
regeneration.
Mary P’s proposal of setting up a ‘family friendly
eatery’, The Olde Gingerbread House seems just
the ticket for harrassed and socially aspirational parents and their hipster offspring to hang out at.
In a novel reworking of the Hansel & Gretel story Source Summer Camp ’18 participants will explore
what goes on behind the scenes in this welcoming child centred restaurant.
Theatre Director Tony Fegan returns with Dramaturg/Writer Jenny MacDonald and Designer Tadashi
Kato to work with young performers, musicians and designers.
Sign up for a week of hard work, fun and mayhem!
