Located in the Beltline District of the downtown
core, the turn of the century structure was
originally built by the Canadian Imperial Bank
of Commerce. The project involved two phases.
Phase One consisted of the complete interior
renovation of the main level to house a high-
end women’s and men’s boutique. The design
approach started with interrogating many
successful boutiques to review retail psychology
and to marry this with client vision. The interior
features clean and modern custom millwork
set into hardwood flooring and unique ceiling
treatments. Phase Two involves the renovation
of a new store front for a portion of the building
exterior.
My role on this project was comprehensive. It
included the procurement of the project and all
phases of the design, technical drawings and
construction execution.
