The Micro Regulator
Soto Technology Wind Resistance
In conventional needle-valve systems, the gas flow is regulated by turning the needle tip to adjust the fuel supply. When temperatures drop and the liquid gas cools down, the internal pressure decreases, resulting in a reduced flow of gas to the burner head. This produces a weak flame that is insufficient for cooking.
The Micro Regulator system maintains constant pressure at both low and high ambient temperatures.
Superior performance in windy conditions. Most SOTO stoves are equipped with Wind Resistance technology. The stoves are designed so that the distance between the pot and the burner head is kept to a minimum. In addition, the raised rim protects the numerous micro flames.
This makes it almost impossible for the wind to blow out the stove’ s flame.
Minimal distance between pot base and burner head. A surrounding rim around the burner head acts as a wind shield.
Precisely engineered concave burner head protects the flame from wind.
