STICK WITH IT From as young as we can remember, someone is always telling us what to do, with what appears to be control of our lives. As we grow in life there are rules we need to follow and someone is telling us what we should do. If it is not our parents, then it is teachers, Police, Judges, ordinances for Cities, County, State, County, or Federal, which control our life. Midlife we find that the control is not guidelines for us to live in but rather the boundaries that we have to stay within, because someone controls our every movement. As we travel along in our lives we see that control, but we control how we travel within those boundaries and what choices we make within them, that affect our lives. But there are all kinds of people, places and things that affect our lives so we can either take control of our own destiny or we can let it take control Remember there is a big difference between CONTROL and CONTROLLING. Having control of our lives is a want that we have, BUT to be controlling is not what we or anyone needs or wants . But like I always say, Live, learn, grow, but allways stick with it. To control your life you must be firm enough to stick to the convictions you choose, or you can let friends, family and things like stress, and drama in your life control you. From the small to the large things in life they all add up and can control us if we let them . 405.641.5276 www.Final-Ride.com Sustaining group members: • • • • Naysayers M/C Airtight M/C Territorial Riders Downed Bikers Association OKLAHOMA BIKER, Publisher is a subsidiary of Ol’ Broke Biker, Inc. 11215-D N Garnett Rd Owasso, OK 74055 918.260.7195 918.553.6642 [email protected] www.oklahomabiker.net DISCLAIMER Sooner State ABATE Sentinel is printed quarterly by Oklahoma Biker, PO Box 582, Skiatook, OK 74070.
