The 10th part continues the history after MK9 but 20years later wiht the new generation. MKX is the most fatal blood game in the fihgt games incluiding the famous fatalities, brutalities, and X-rays. New characters and old are the face of MK like scorpion and sub-zero and others that will come in dlc's,the new mechanics and characters add the to depth of the gameplay. The story is short, but lets be honest, are you buying this for story mode? The fighting mechanics are fun to learn with new features including stage interactions and running. Each character having three variations makes the roster feel much larger than it is. Finding many characters that fit your style is easy. Overall, this is easily my contender for game of the year.
