Madeline Nuss
( Ensemble ) Madeline is excited to be back on the TCR stage ! Previous productions with TCR include Madagascar , SpongeBob SquarePants , and Meet Me in St Louis . Madeline is currently a student at the University of Iowa , pursuing degrees in musical theatre and vocal performance , and a minor in dance . She would like to thank her family and mentors for always supporting her , and her cast mates for welcoming her back with open arms . Welcome to the Renaissance !
James Odegaard
( Bard Boy / Ensemble ) James is incredibly excited to be part of this high-energy , hilarious production . Getting to perform on the TCR stage has been such a delight for him , most recently as the Cowardly Lion . The production team , cast , and crew have all worked so hard to put this together - he hopes the audience is ready to laugh their codpieces off !
Mike “ MO ” Olinger
( Brother Jeremiah ) You might recognize Mike from his recent appearance as Dennis Dupree in Rock of Ages at TCR . Then again , you may not -- as he is no longer rocking his killer stache and bell bottoms . MO also appeared as Dr . Scott and Eddie in RHCR ’ s 2023 production of The Rocky Horror Show . When he ’ s not having fun on stage , Mike is a financial advisor with Quadrant Financial Advisors - Thrivent . MO would like to thank his wife , Corina , their 5 children , and their granddaughter ( The Big Boss ) for their love and support .
Claire Ottley
( Bea ) Claire is thrilled to be collaborating with yet another group of incredibly fun and talented performers . She was last seen as Fraulein Kost in TCR ' s production of Cabaret . Claire grew up in Des Moines , where she was involved with the local theatre scene for quite a few years . Notable credits include Shelly / Annie in Evil Dead the Musical , Maureen Johnson in Rent , and Helen in The Cripple of Inishmaan . She spends most of her free time in Mount Vernon , where she lives with her fiance , Aaron , and their three wild animals : dodger , gladys & maude .
Aaron Pozdol
( Shylock / Lord Clapham ) Aaron is pleased as persimmons to be appearing in this production , celebrating all things iambic , self-referential , and breakfasty . He may be recently remembered at TCR in such roles as Mr . Krab in SpongeBob : The Musical , Max ( as Cecil Haversham / Arthur the Gardener ) in The Play That Goes Wrong , The Banker in Once , Don in Kinky Boots , Mr . Toad in Frog & Toad , and Mr . Wormwood in Matilda . His love goes out to his kids , Ava & Charlie , for putting up with singing at them since they were infants , and his amazing , multi-hyphenated spouse Carrie for putting up with that , plus everything else . He hopes you enjoy the show , and that the fruit you brought for throwing is soft and ripe ( makes for a better * splat *)!
