The Advice Centre
The Advice Centre offers FREE consultations with experts from Homebuilding & Renovating- as well as special guest advisors. Topics covered include everything from planning, plot finding, finance management, design, homebuilding, extensions, renovating, sustainable materials to energy efficient construction and self-building.
Consultations last 15 minutes and must be booked at The Advice Centre on the day- please book as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment.
FREE EXPERT ADVICE
Allan Corfield Design Expert, Homebuilding & Renovating Allan is an award-winning RIBA Chartered Architect who has overseen over 600 low-energy projects across the UK. Since 2009, he’ s grown his specialist practice, AC Architects, into a 20-person team. He also founded AC Structures, a leading engineering business. Allan is a leading expert in modern construction, with a monthly column in Homebuilding & Renovating Magazine and delivering expert talks at various shows.
David Hilton Eco Expert, Homebuilding & Renovating David has grown up with energy efficient design, heating systems and renewables as his family had a business in South Africa manufacturing Solar systems and Air source heat pumps from 1979. He was involved with the design, installation and optimisation of systems as well as the development of new products and building integration methods.
