Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .
Bank & Cash Points
There is a cash machine available in the foyer .
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution of printed or other placards , handbills or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand areas , is strictly prohibited .
First Aid Centre
Please visit the First Aid Centre in the main hall , next to the Organiser ’ s Office , if you require First Aid .

The Organiser ’ s Office is located in the main hall to the right of the entrance .
Keep your ticket handy to save you time !
Exhibitors may ask to scan it so they can send you product information direct .
Seminars and Masterclass Tickets
Tickets are not required for the seminars and masterclasses and seating is allocated on a first come , first served basis .
Toilets
All toilets and baby changing facilities can be found within the main hall .
Catering
There is a café area located on the ground floor . Catering is also available in the outside exhibitor area .
Disabled Access
All areas of the show are wheelchair accessible .
