mobilizes people to go out and do
the mission of transforming Babylon.

worldview. Believers must discover that
Jesus Christ is Lord of all. All spheres
of life fall within the Lord’s jurisdiction.
Jesus is Lord of education. He is
Lord of business. He is Lord of the
government. He is Lord of the media.
He is Lord of the arts. Everything comes

the welfare of Babylon. Many Christ
followers ask, “How do I engage a

City changers must also know how to
function effectively in the workplace.
They must discover that their
workplaces are their places of ministry.
Every Christ follower is called. Some,
those in professional ministry, will live
out their calling by serving the local
church. But most believers will seek to
obey their calling out in Babylon. They
will serve their Lord in the context of
their everyday work and life.
