October 2019. It marks the seventy-fifth
running of Wales Rally GB and is the
twelfth round of the 2019 World Rally
Championship, World Rally
Championship-2 and the newly-created
WRC-2 Pro class. It is also the final
round of the Junior World Rally
Championship. The 2019 event is based
in Llandudno in Conwy, and is contested
over 22 special stages with a total a
competitive distance of 312.75 km (194.33
mi). scheduled to be promoted to the newly-
created WRC-2 Pro class.
Reigning World Drivers’ and World Co-
Drivers Champions Sébastien Ogier and
Julien Ingrassia are the defending rally
winners. M-Sport Ford WRT, the team
they drove for in 2018, are the defending
manufacturers’ winners. The Finnish
crew of Kalle Rovanperä and Jonne
Halttunen are the defending rally
winners in the World Rally
Championship-2 category, but they will
not defend their titles as they are FRIDAY 6
