I pride myself on my Spanish speaking abilities but didn ’ t think I would be chosen to conduct surveys . I guess my team leader thought otherwise and in the end , I feel extremely proud of the job that I did . My team captain complimented me after three days by calling me a “ machine ” for conducting so many surveys . I am indeed honored to have been a member of this team .

After the last medal was awarded on Sunday evening , we reversed the set up process and took down the tents , took down the signs , stacked up the chairs , and put away the hurdles . At just about 10pm a very large keg of Cruzcampo was tapped and we were treated to an Argentine style BBQ . The grill masters were Ricardo of Llave de Oro Locksmith and Enrique of Comercial Rogelio . It was an exciting , memorable , and busy weekend , but to me , most important thing was the camaraderie and laughs we shared as we ate and drank together .
