Targets
Our targets are challenging and to reach them we need to focus on mindset and create awareness around the subject . During this year the group has evaluated the company ’ s internal processes and policies , been in local news media , held a global conference with more than 100 participants and presented colleagues sharing their perspective and experiences in social media . There is more to come and before 2021 comes to an end the Training and Development department will launch an internal Diversity and Inclusion course .
