U.S. Army Sergeant Challis Santos provides medical training to Nepalese service members during Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) Capstone Training Event “Garuda Canti Dharma” 2014 at the Indonesia Peace and Security Center in Sentul, Indonesia. “Garuda Canti Dharma,” meaning “Indonesia Service for Peace,” is an Indonesian National Defense Force training event supported by the U.S. Pacific Command’s GPOI Program.
