coordinate, and contract for common contract support in the Joint Operating
Area.
3. Conduct a Joint logistics synchronization session on a daily basis to ensure
information-sharing, cross-talk, and coordination among all logistics stakeholders.
Implications.
If the logistics staff of the GCC fails to proactively set the theater, operationalize
contract support, and facilitate communication & information-sharing among
logistics stakeholders, then delays in deliveries of equipment/supplies/personnel
will likely impede efforts to aid affected communities in the host nation.
