Tim previously worked for some
very prestigious London agencies,
he then returned to North
Yorkshire in 2003. Tim joined GSC
Grays in 2010 as Branch Manager
at the Barnard Castle office before
moving across to head up the
Stokesley office in 2013. Tim has
a wealth of local knowledge as he
was local to the area having been
brought up around Guisborough
and Hilton.

Wendy has worked in the
Estate Agency sector for over
15 years, gaining a wide range
of valuable expertise including
sales negotiation, valuation, and
experience in the rental sector. In
2007 Wendy became a member of
the National Association of Estate
Agents. Wendy has a love of the area
and countryside pursuits which has
enabled her to provide our clients
with useful advice, assistance and
support throughout the buying and
selling process.

Vanessa had 24 years of customer
service
experience
before
joining the Stokesley office in
2010. Vanessa has always been
interested in property. As well as
being a member of the National
Association of Estate Agents her
role as a private landord has greatly
increased her knowledge and
experience. Living in Stokesley not
only gives her local knowledge,
but allows her to indulge her
passion for walking and biking
in the North Yorkshire Moors and
Cleveland Hills.

NICOLE SUNLEY
LET TINGS NEGOTIATOR
Nicole has grown up locally, so
has excellent knowledge of both
Stokesley and the surrounding
villages, this is great for assisting
both landlords and tenants in the
fast paced and dynamic lettings
department. Nicole joined the
Stokesley team in September
2015 as a Lettings Negotiator
and is working towards ARLA
qualifications.
