Andrea has worked in Estate
Agency all her working life
with roles including branch
manager, trouble shooter, trainer
& developer and regulatory
compliance manager. Combined
with living close to Richmond
and having a keen interest
in mountain biking in both
Swaledale and Arkengarthdale,
Andrea has an excellent
knowledge of the local area and
housing market.

Catherine joined the Richmond
Agency team in April 2014,
after moving back home to
Yorkshire
from
Newcastle.
Catherine previously worked
for a property development
company specialising in the
restoration of historic buildings.
Catherine has an excellent
knowledge of the Richmond
area.

Carly took on the role of Lettings
Manager in 2014 and has grown
the department with enthusiasm,
organisation and integrity. Her
knowledge of the properties
and common sense approach
coupled with studying for her
ARLA qualification, ensures she
is proactive in ensuring both our
landlords and tenants are served
well.
