Our time and attendance systems
Time stamping clocks have become common sights in many factories and offices around the world. Though common they are often unreliable, have a high cost of maintenance and require new clock cards on a weekly basis. Additionally, once weekly clock cards have been collected, a great deal of work is needed to process the information.
In association with several companies, Software Systems have developed an electronic/computerised clocking system which not only provides reliability and low cost maintenance, but also many new features to save time and reduce costs.
Why choose our systems?
A major benefit with the clocking system is the ability to 'tweak' it to the needs of an individual customer and their needs. The system is written in database form and therefore allows easy modification and addition of new reporting features whenever they are needed.
No maintenance of the system is required. The only additional cost should come from spare and replacement key cards. The system will be covered by a support contract with Software Systems under the normal terms. Terms can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.
