We start with an interview with talented ace musician and one of the most talented key players of our times, David Clayton, the voice and keyboardist of the famous English band ‘Simply Red’…. Well, David released his debut solo album, “Magnesium”.  This one is only played by him with composition more close to the Jazz, Classic, and New-age and in fact, it’s an instrumental album. The album cover rightly describes its music as – “an incandescence of peace”. This one is produced and released by Herisson Records, an England label with a great and longest presence in this business.  Ivana Nicolnik was the link between David and me. So let´s begin asking David Clayton about his musical journey… PT   I received your album “Magnesium” a PT   I guess you love the nature, but some few days ago , I never imagined it was an cities build their identity and some cities instrumental album, but when I listened to it I have voices and rhythms to play, have you feel like you are singing by the keyboards. Is imagined an album more influenced by this instrument your other voice? the cities? Or you prefer the inspiration by DC    YES!  The piano melodies do reflect the nature? my voice. DC. Really! I am at my best when PT    Sometimes when I listen to some surrounded by the calm and tranquility of musicians playing piano I have the feeling natural surroundings. that the sound is like some natural elements, PT   David, you have worked with many, the music in your album represents some many great artists, playing, producing, facts or some sounds of the nature? etc. Did these artists give you some DC   I am very inspired by various forms of influence for this album, or you influenced nature and have spent time in France in some of their albums? beautiful surroundings during the making of DC   All artists I have worked with have this record. I have had a particular interest had an influence on this record. This is my and love of birds ever since my grandfather debut solo album so it has been a long introduced me to the delights of bird time coming.
