Pupils with purpose
They are only in their early teens. But these youngsters already know what they want to do in life – and the enthusiasm, passion and love with which these youngsters speak of Qatar are undoubtedly inspiring

Qatar is home to myriad expatriate communities. The nation and its people have accepted and accommodated diversity and thereby set an example not only in the Middle East but the world over.
Amidst a‘ melting pot’ of sorts, it is inspiring to see the broad mind-set of budding youngsters who belong to the here and the now. They are not enslaved by petty thoughts of racial or social discrimination; they are mature enough so as not to be judgmental about their peers and colleagues. They are certainly a force to be reckoned with.
Speaking to several aspiring youngsters, I was fascinated by their sense of optimism, openness and adaptability. They described in vivid detail how Qatar has provided them with a solid foundation on which to build their lives. They spoke of their goals in life, their successes and hopes for the future as leaders ready to conquer whatever the future decides to throw at them.
