Ozil: facing a month on the sidelines
Arsenals midfield player Mesut Ozil faces four to six weeks on the sidelines due to a grade two hamstring tear.
Ozil injured his hamstring on the second minute of Arsenal's Champions League game against Bayern Munich on the 11th of March. Despite his injury Ozil kept on playing until halftime, meaning that he played with the injury for over 40 minutes, which has most likely caused more strain on the injury.
Arsenals 25 year old, 50 million euro record signing will be missing Arsenals next five upcoming games against Tottenham, Chelsea, Swansea, Manchester City and Everton. It is still yet to be seen if Ozil will be able to get back on the field on the 12th of April for the FA cup semi-final against Wigan.
