5. Advance the Peacock Quill up the shank of the hook while increasing the width of each wrap.

6. Tie in the tips of a small CDC feather about an eye length away from the Para-Post.

7. Tie in a single strand of Peacock herl right in front of the CDC feather.

8. Make 2-3 turns with the Peacock herl and tie off. (A thin layer of head cement would never hurt to be added to the thread wraps under the Peacock herl.)
