11. Ty in the EP Foxy Brush (1/4 or 1 brush). Continually brushing back the fibers as you wrap. You’ll get 3 turns more or less. Secure with additional turns of thread and trim any excess.
12. Whip finish and cut the thread. Apply a generous amount of Glitter Glue all the way around the cone head.
13. Using a pick or toothpick, spread the Glitter Glue back over the EP Sparkle Brush to create the head.
14. Apply some additional Glitter Glue to the back of the eyes and use the toothpick to position the eyes evenly, one on each side.
15. Once the eyes are positioned, pull some Glitter Glue over the edge of the eyes to secure.
16. Allow to dry overnight before fishing.
