The Morrissey trail network provides access to some of the best intermediate technical riding areas in Fernie and the Wrangler ’ s Cabin . Groomed 7 nights a week ! The Notch is BC ’ s highest groomed snowmobile trail !
Hartley
The Hartley Lake trail just outside Fernie is the gateway to technical alpine riding and some of the area ’ s most remote backcountry terrain . Groomed once a week .
Ram
This 55km winding ride to the ram Cabin will take you to southeastern BC ’ s true wilderness . Bring extra fuel !

Fernie Snowmobile Association
Fernie Snowmobile Association ( FSA ) has been the voice for organized snowmobiling in Fernie since 1990 .
The FSA maintains one of BC ’ s largest and most regularly groomed backcountry trail networks ; with over 240 km of groomed trails , 5 designated snowmobiling areas throughout the valley and three day use cabins .
Trail Passes & Membership
Day tickets or annual membership passes are required to access FSA - managed riding areas .
