STROKE SCALES FOR EMS MOBILE APP
HELPS FIRST RESPONDERS DETERMINE STROKE SEVERITY
When first responders or emergency personnel encounter a stroke patient , they can assess stroke severity using the stroke scales in the app . The scales help EMS personnel determine the best course of action for the patient .
Using this information , the app then recommends the type of facility where the patient can receive appropriate treatment . There are already more than 14,000 downloads !
