What do you love about
Pulaski County ?
Chrissy Slavey : I love Pulaski County because the people here are so quick to help out a fellow neighbor . Pulaski County always comes together when the time is needed . The people are so quick to just jump in and help . I love my county . I ’ ve lived here for 37 years and I love it here . I ’ ve raised my son here and there ’ s no other place I ’ d rather be !
Cheryl Middleton : I was born here & lived here all my life . We have a little of everything available . Caves , wineries , dirt track , MMF , local artists , beautiful lake , lots of gorgeous backroads , roller derby , Somernite Cruise , Airplane Show , food trucks , lots of festivals , horses , beautiful parks , great restaurants , trails , boat shows , fishing , waterpark , and so much more . God has blessed Pulaski County ! I love it here !
Debbie Tilley : My family lives in Somerset and Science Hill . We ’ ll be down for 5 days next weekend ! That ’ s my favorite thing about PulaskiCounty ! FAMILY !
Brittany Haste : I love the little “ Mayberry ” town of Eubank that I live in . I love that Pulaski Co . has so many free options for families , with all the parks , a splash pad , hiking , Lake Cumberland , Somernites Cruise , and I also love going to 4-H camp and seeing kids from all over the county come together as one family .

Amber Taylor : Somernites cruise has always been something my family and I love attending . We will set up on the side of US 27 somewhere and watch the cars cruise up and down 27 . My kids always love that . Camping at Pulaski County Park has always been another fun thing we do . Kayaking on Lake Cumberland and just enjoying the beautiful scenery while my kids fish .
Sheila Hansford : I love the simplistic beauty of Pulaski County . The rolling meadows , as well as hills and knobs that are home to all sorts of beautiful wildlife . We have natural caves and caverns that help maintain the healthy life of our streams and rivers . Lake Cumberland is second to none in beauty and ample opportunity for fun if you fish or boat for pleasure . Downtown Somerset is really coming to life with artistic majesty . We are finally taking a measure of pride in our history and historic claims to fame . I am so proud to be a daughter of Pulaski County . We are known for being friendly and kind . I hope I do my part in living up to that .
