Turncoat
Turncoat is a single-player mission mod new interactive objectives for the player

In designing Turncoat, I sought to bring
my knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and
virtual reality into a new design space,
creating fun and engaging wave-based
encounters that could take full advantage
of the Robo Recall teleportation
mechanic. Additionally, I sought to
enhance the gameplay further by adding
50
to engage with and to script behaviors
LEVEL DESIGN
for my 15 week Directed Focus Study
with new content in a familiar engine.
Working with limited documentation,
I reverse-engineered each relevant
system and deconstructed the encounter
design framework so that I could create
something you would expect to see as a
mission within the game itself.
