GSSNE believes every girl has an important role to play and we are committed to making Girl Scouting available to every girl who wants to take part . But sadly , not all families can afford the $ 35 Girl Scout membership fee to join . Our council is committed to removing the financial barriers to ensure that all girls who wish to participate in Girl Scouts can .
The need is great . GSSNE provides almost twice the amount of financial assistance per girl than other councils nationwide . But we desperately need your help to continue to do this .
Your gift will make it possible for all girls to experience a safe and inclusive , girl-led environment to explore and develop talents and build essential leadership skills . Through hands-on experiences in STEM , enriching outdoor adventures , and entrepreneurship activities , girls are building life skills that will help them now and throughout their lives .
It costs Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England $ 594 a year to prepare each of our nearly 3,000 girls for a lifetime of leadership through our time-tested and research-backed program experiences . Please make a gift today and help ensure every girl reaches her fullest potential .
