n Sunday we will visit the world famous coloured sand cliffs at Needles

Park at Alum Bay. Overlooking the Isle of Wight’s most famous landmark – The Needles Rocks and Lighthouse. The Needles Park offers a range of attractions including the spectacular chairlift to the beach, Alum Bay Glass and Sweet Manufactory; the perfect packed day out for all the family. Pier Head shopping offers a range of great value gifts and is set in the 19th century themed surroundings of Alum Bay Pier where you can participate in crafts, visit gift shops and enjoy those fabulous ocean views.

We will then travel to the quintessential village of Godshill which boasts some of the oldest architecture on the Isle of Wight. With its delightful medieval church, charming thatched-roofed cottages and a winding main-street lined with traditional tearooms, Godshill is as picturesque as it is popular. You can indulge in a cream tea or perhaps sample the local produce such as the cider.

o trip to the island would be complete without a visit to the

royal seaside palace where Queen Victoria lived with her beloved Prince Albert and their nine children. On Saturday we will visit Osborne House to marvel at the magnificence of the Royal Apartments including the sumptuous drawing and dining rooms and the richly decorated Indian-inspired Durbar Room.

We will then venture to Newport where you can indulge in a spot of shopping or an ice cream.
