Enrolling adults need to ensure they have an active ParentVUE account . Having an active and updated ParentVUE account allows families access to :
• View current student grades
• Set up academic alerts
• View student attendance
• View student schedules
• Complete athletic registrations
• Edit student emergency contact information
• Update family contact information

Ways to Engage at Smitha ! We seek to maintain an active partnership with our families as we work together to ensure a successful learning experience for our students . Open communication is a critical component of a healthy relationship between the school and home . Attending family / teacher conferences , communicating via phone calls , text messages , or email , as well as accessing CTLS Parent are all highly effective methods to maintain open lines of communication . When families are actively engaged in school in positive ways , students do well . In addition , both the PTA and Principal Advisory Council provide additional avenues of family engagement .
