Prevent Your Drains from Blocking

Ensure that all filters are in place
 Nearly all drain systems come with filters that prevent large
particles and residues from passing through. Such particles
would lead to blockages that can be detrimental to your drainage
systems.

Clean the filters
 Leaving sieved particles on the filters can increase chances of
them being washed down the drains. This can lead to costly
blockage that can inconvenience you a lot.

Prevent fat, grease or hair from getting into your drains
 Grease and fats are one of the major causes of blockages on
kitchen sinks. Unfortunately, many people keep on dumping fat
on the sinks without thinking that they could cause problems.

Identify problems early
 Early signs of a blocked drain are slow moving water and
bubbles on the filter. If your filter came off and particles got into
your drain, find ways of removing them.
