Central Region Human Resources are proud to launch the
Leadership Development Series
The program consists of 5 modules, moving through a journey of self-awareness to understanding and developing others.
The series is designed to support leaders within Central to improve their performance, the performance of their staff and the business. Each module is delivered monthly, allowing time for implementation whilst maintaining momentum.
During the workshop the participants are introduced via short, mini presentations to the key theories, tools and models that they can use in their day to day operations. Participants are encouraged to tap into their Emotional Intelligence to achieve the best of themselves . The majority of time is spent completing self-discovery exercises, practicing the skills they have been introduced to, identifying what actions and how they should be implemented to address their day to day challenges.
Feedback from the groups that have started the series include: “ Interesting, rewarding, fun and informative”, “Motivating, constructive and helpful”
