A big congratulations goes to our two Energy Services superstars, Alan Mitchell & Rodrigo Pardo-Patron
They might look a little funny, and might still be considered new to the SMEC family but they are winning projects as though clients are giving them away.
Rodrigo and Alan both came over to SMEC from Perenia late last year and maybe it's their Mexican and Scottish accents that's winning them work, but they definitely seem to be speaking the right language with their clients!
The Energy Services team has won 6 projects in the past 2 months! This is a huge achievement and they definitely deserve to be praised for their efforts.
The team had a "Target List" and 3 of these clients were on the list, with the other 3 wins coming from referrals! (The best way to win new work!) With persistent marketing and clear delivery of proposals, the team were able to secure the wins.
In particular, Rodrigo had a good relationship with Metcash and Anglo. They referred us to News Limited and Energy Developments Ltd respectively.
