The SMART Education Exchange (SEE) Global
North America will continue to dominate the global
market for SMART city technologies. Investment rate in
North America will increase from $118.5 billion in 2016 to
$244.5 billion in 2021. Technology ubiquity, advanced
investment, and organizational models in U.S. cities will
drive investment. There are currently over one hundred
SMART community projects in the U.S., and more than
six hundred communities, are set to go SMART in the
next few years.
Founded in 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia, the SMART Education
Exchange is today a fast growing global network of 21st
Century Education Professionals seeking to modernize and
transform education, to improve learning in classrooms, to
make sure students get the 21st Century Education, and to
build 21st Century Labor Force.
To increase SMART international trade and investment,
the Chamber of Eco Commerce, in partnership with
SMART Community Exchange (SCE), launched SMART
2018 USA program. This program, offers SMART
investors and businesses opportunities, to connect and
exchange critical information about SMART business
opportunities, and learn how investors and companies
can participate in the USA SMART market, and U.S.
funded partner projects around the world.
If accepted to the SMART 2018 USA program, you will
receive an opportunity to participate in live and online
workshops and business roundtables, and to share your
brand/technology/product/services/investment offering
through our online platform with motivated prospects in
the USA and around the world.
You will be invited to SMART trade missions to the USA
and other trade missions to the U.S. funded partner
project locations around the world. Participation is limited
to highly qualified entrepreneurs, investors, enterprises
and organizations.
We look forward to meeting you in March 2018 in the

SMART Education and Workforce Development
Learning is changing. Innovative digital learning technologies
and the growing importance of the Internet in connecting
students, teachers and consumers to jobs, and life-long
learning and information, are creating increasing demand for
21st Century Education and bandwidth in schools and
libraries. To be prepared for college and the 21st Century
workforce, students today need to have access to state-of-
the-art, interactive, educational content; and tools for student
collaboration, student-teacher communication, and lesson
planning. Without adequate capacity our students are going
to fall short. They will be unable to realize the full potential of
digital learning. From Miami to the Arctic Circle, 21st Century
online learning, technology, and tools create personalized
lesson plans for both urban and rural students. (Federal
