21st Century Workforce Training Program for K12 Schools
SMART Education Exchange (SEE) is a
comprehensive, multi-year program for School
Administrators and Teachers, that seek to support
21st Century Teaching in K12 classrooms. Schools
are invited to participate in the SEE program, to
build Technological and Pedagogical Capacity, and
Artificial Intelligence (AI) engagement in Learning.
The SMART Education Exchange (SEE) launched
in 2013 in Alpharetta, Georgia, is a nationwide
initiative to enhance 21st Century educational
outcomes among School Administrators, Teachers,
and Students. SEE partners with a range of non-
and for- profit organizations provide
comprehensive 21st Century Education Workforce
Training and Development program, and an
affordable broadband access to participating
schools.
SMART Education Exchange (SEE) program, is
focused on improving the educational learning
environments for K12 classrooms by providing
SEE Workshops online and at schools, teaching
School Administrators and Teachers about the
educational uses of Artificial Intelligence in K12
classroom learning.
SEE provides participants with access to high-
quality online Teacher Training and Workforce
development program, broadband-access and
broadband-ready school learning center with
broadband enrollment guidance, as needed. The
SEE workforce training program is focused on 21st
Century Education technology, methods and best
practice.
The SEE program’s professional partners, provide
each school with a SEE program Administrator,
responsible for implementing the SEE program
and training school administrators and teachers to
use computers to adopt proven 21st century
education methods and practices, using Artificial
Intelligence platform and best practice in
Pedagogy, designed to enhance classroom
activities and learning. The program participants
will also receive access and discounted rates for
ongoing training programs, including 21st Century
Teacher Training and Development and high
speed internet. The program will offer a
subscription to Teacher Training Courses, school
help desk, and broadband, as needed. The
program will launch January 1, 2018 in Georgia,
and will be available to both public and private
schools across the United States.
The SEE program is based on a cloud-based
learning platform developed in close collaboration
with end-users and educational experts. The cloud
service is instantly ready to use. The program
focus on solving the learning challenges faced by
Educators today, challenges such as, how to help
learners study more efficiently, how to offer
adaptive and collaborative learning materials
efficiently, and how to apply digital learning in an
intuitive and easy way. The program is designed to
help:
• School Administrators understand how their
Teachers and Students learn, and how to train
them with ready-to-use, cloud-based learning
platform.
• Teachers access collaborative courses using
materials and tools they are already familiar with,
and to design their own digital classroom.
• Students learn how to learn, and improve their
ability to learn, and discover how to share mutual
interests locally, regionally, and globally.
