Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies 20 min 20 INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS 1⁄3 cup butter 4 cups miniature marshmallows 1 teaspoon green food coloring 6 cups corn flakes red cinnamon candies DIRECTIONS In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring. Add corn flakes cereal. Stir until well coated Using 1/4 cup dry measure coated with cooking spray, evenly portion warm cereal mixture. Using buttered fingers, quickly shape into individual wreaths. Dot with cinnamon candies. Christmas Mint Cookies INGREDIENTS 1⁄2 lb Melting Chocolate baking chocolate 2 -3 drops peppermint extract 1 package Ritz cracker DIRECTIONS Hershey Kiss Christmas Trees 30 min Melt Chocolate over low heat. Add 2 to 3 drops of Peppermint oil. You do not need alot so make sure they are small drops. Mix. Line a cookies sheet with foil. Dip Crackers into Chocolate,Cover and lay on cookie sheet make sure they do not touch. Chill until firm. 1⁄4 cup corn syrup 12 green foil-wrapped Hershey-chocolate kisses (don't unwrap) 24 miniature peanut butter cups 1⁄4 cup multi-color non-pareils min R 15 min DIRECTIONS Brush a small amount of corn syrup on the top of a gold or red-foil peanut butter cup (don't unwrap). Place an inverted (top side down) green-foil peanut butter cup on top of the first one. The bottom peanut butter cup is the pot/planter and the top peanut butter cup is the bottom/base the tree.
