• Knowing about the stencil paper and its guide marks.
• Insertion and removal of stencil paper and placing of carbon
paper for producing additional copy.
• Cutting the stencil by disengaging the ribbon with the help of
Bichrome switch.
• Correction or errors and use of correcting fluid.
• Knowing about the duplicating machine and its operation.
• Observing duplicating process and see how the cyclostyled
copies are rolled and taken out of the duplicating machine.
