Permission for the Post Prom Party 2016
(Litchfield students grades 9-12 and their guests)
We are planning to bus the students to the Big Apple Fun Center in Kearney. After the dance, the students
will be able to use the locker rooms to change clothes. No one will be allowed to arrive late or leave early
from the Big Apple. So, of for some reason you are not able to stay the entire time, please do not plan on
attending. No food or drinks will be brought on the bus. Backpacks and purses will be checked.
Please sign where indicated, make all checks payable to Litchfield Boosters, and return to school
office by Monday, March 28, 2016.

Attendance and T-shirts are FREE to Litchfield students, but if you sign up, then do not attend, you will be
responsible for paying $10.00 for your t-shirt.
