BOARD MINUTES CONTINUED… Jim Holm made a motion to enter into executive session with Wade Finley attending also to discuss personnel. Second by Bill Howard. Motion carried 6-0. President Mitch Feldman reinstated the intent for executive session was to discuss personnel. Board entered executive session at 9:25 p.m. Steve Heapy made a motion to exit executive session. Second by Jim Holm. Motion carried 6-0. Board exited executive session at 10:06 p.m. Todd Wardyn made a motion to approve JoEllen Russell’s letter of resignation. Second by Steve Heapy. Motion carried 6-0. Jim Holm made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:08 p.m. Second by Bill Howard. Motion carried 6-0. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education will be at 7:30 p.m. on June 20, 2016. The agenda is a continuous agenda and is available for examination during regular hours at the office of the Superintendent. Marie Sweley Board Secretary LITCHFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING May 25th, 2016 President Mitch Feldman called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Members Present: Steve Heapy, Bill Howard, Marie Sweley, Todd Wardyn, Mitch Feldman, and Jim Holm President Mitch Feldman announced and informed the public that a current copy of the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room, and also indicated the instructions for those who wish to speak during the public forum. Discussed the bleachers that Broken Bow is removing from their field. Todd Wardyn made a motion to purchase the bleachers. Second by Bill Howard. Motion carried 6-0. Mitch and Bill will go to Bow to figure out how to move them. Jim Holm made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Matters. Second by Steve Heapy. Motion carried 6-0.
