Sweet Corn Tomalito
Ingredients:
5 tablespoon margarine, softened

2 cups frozen corn, thawed
½ cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon milk
Directions:
1. Mix together margarine, masa flour, and sugar in medium bowl until light and fluffy; Blend one cup corn with
water and cornmeal in a food processor/blender until smooth. Sti ȁ
